Who this covers

This policy covers poophaulers.com and the pet waste removal services provided by Poop Haulers ("we", "us", "our") in Brevard County, Florida. It applies to you if you visit this site, request a quote, call or text us, or become a client.

What we collect

Only what you hand us, plus the minimum our servers need to work:

  • What you type into the quote form — your name, your phone number, your street address or city, how many dogs you have, the service package you picked, and any notes you add (for example a gate code or a description of the yard).
  • What you send us directly — the contents of calls, texts and emails you send to us, including the phone number or email address you sent them from.
  • Basic technical information — the page you submitted the form from, and the standard request data every web server records, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, your date of birth, your driver's licence, or your bank or card numbers. Payments are handled inside our billing provider's own portal, not on this website.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
  • We do not rent, trade or share your information with anyone for their own advertising or marketing.
  • We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags or analytics trackers on this website.
  • We do not build a profile of you across other websites.

Why we use it

  • To price your yard and send you the quote you asked for.
  • To schedule your service, find your property, and get through your gate.
  • To confirm each visit and stay in touch with you about your service.
  • To bill you, if you become a client.
  • To tell you about our own services, seasonal offers and schedule changes — you can opt out of these at any time.
  • To keep records we are required to keep, and to protect our business against fraud or abuse of the site.

Photos of your yard

Part of our service is a confirmation after every visit, which can include a photo of the yard or the latched gate. Those photos are taken so you can see the work was completed and your pets are secure. We use them for that purpose and for our own internal quality checks. We do not post a photo of a client's property publicly without asking that client first.

Calls and texts

If you give us your phone number, you may hear from us by phone call and by SMS text message about your quote, your schedule, and our services and promotions. Those contacts may be made using automated dialing technology, a prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice, and automated text messaging. Consent to marketing contact is never a condition of buying anything from us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also just tell us on the phone or by email and we will take you off the list.

Your mobile number, your opt-in, and any text-message consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only so they can do work for us:

  • Hively Automation LLC — builds and runs this website and receives the quote form submissions on our behalf.
  • Sweep & Go — our client portal and billing system, if you become a client.
  • Our phone, text and email providers — so we can actually call, text and email you.

Beyond that, we will disclose information only when the law requires it, when we need it to establish or defend a legal claim, or to protect someone's safety. If the business is ever sold or merged, client records may transfer to the new owner, who would remain bound by this policy.

Two pieces of the site load content from Google: the web fonts used across the site, and the embedded service-area map on the home page. Google may receive your IP address when your browser requests those files, in the same way it would on any site that uses them. We do not send Google any information you typed into our form.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of its own. There is no Google Analytics tag, no Google Ads or conversion tag, no Google Tag Manager container, no Meta or Facebook pixel, and no session-recording or heatmap tool installed on poophaulers.com. That is why you are not seeing a cookie consent banner — there is nothing here to consent to.

The embedded Google map on the home page and the Google-hosted fonts are served by Google and may set their own cookies in your browser when they load. If you would rather they did not, your browser's third-party cookie settings will block them, and the rest of the site will still work normally.

If we ever add analytics or advertising tracking to this site, we will update this section to name the tool before it goes live.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and client records for as long as you are a client and afterwards for as long as we need them for our books, our tax records, and any legal deadline that could still apply — including the records that prove you agreed to be contacted. When we no longer need information, we delete it or put it beyond use.

Your choices

  • Stop the texts — reply STOP to any message from us.
  • Stop the marketing emails — use the unsubscribe link, or email us and ask.
  • Stop the calls — tell us on any call, or email us and ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list.
  • See it, fix it, or delete it — email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, and delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still need to contact you about a service visit you have booked or a bill you owe.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is still no common industry standard for how a website should respond to one, and because this site does not track you across other websites in the first place, we do not change our behaviour when we receive one.

Children

This site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and quote submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to client information to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we treat your address and your gate code the way you would want us to.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
